We are looking for independent contractors to join our growing team of Virtual Assistants! Your core role will be providing quality and reliable support to our clients in their online businesses for success, growth, and longevity.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily needs of an online business - including but not limited to customer service, client care, social media, maintaining Customer Relationship Management tools, and other web-based platforms.
  • Being willing and flexible to learn new tech platforms based on the client's needs.
  • Detail-oriented - you pride yourself in doing a quality job and have high standards for your work
  • Operations savvy - you actively notice areas for improvement and seek new systems for innovation.
  • Effectively manage the tasks and projects you are given by the client to ensure on-time completion.
  • Highly communicative with both clients and Co-Founders.
  • High Follow-Through.


Required

  • A minimum of 6 months of Virtual Assistant experience.
  • Tech savvy in technologies such as Mac or Microsoft products, Google products, and CRM services such as Mailchimp, Convertkit, and the like. Knowledge of Canva, Vimeo, WordPress, Kajabi, and other related technologies is preferred. If you don't know how to use a certain technology, you will teach yourself by using online tutorials and videos.
  • Time management is very important to efficiently complete projects and tasks in a timely manner.
  • A high level of ownership and accountability. You are responsible for representing our company well and ensuring you meet or exceed the client's expectations.
  • I-Give-A-Care Attitude. You enjoy collaborating with others. You are able to receive feedback constructively and implement necessary changes easily. You know there is no “I” in TEAM and want what’s best for the collective team you are working with. 


Desired:

  • Flexible schedule to reasonably accommodate the timezone of the client - you don’t need to work weekends or holidays unless you choose to. 
  • A place to work that is distraction-free and professional for Zoom meetings.
  • The ability to have an open conversation if something isn’t working or needs to be addressed vs avoiding the problem until it gets worse and impacts a client relationship. 
  • Project management - effectively gets projects done using delegation as appropriate to meet deadlines. 
  • Proactive mindset - when you notice a problem or something that can be improved upon, you address it by either fixing it yourself or bringing it to the attention of your client to problem-solve. Our clients love when we identify opportunities to streamline operations and costs in their business.
